CodeFest exists to prepare Singapore's students for an AI-powered future. We believe the most effective way to learn isn't through lectures or textbooks — it's through building. CodeFest gives students aged 7–16 the opportunity to tackle real-world problems using generative AI tools, developing skills that will define the next generation of creators and innovators.
In a world where AI is transforming every industry, the ability to direct and collaborate with AI tools is becoming as fundamental as reading and writing. CodeFest develops this skill through a live, high-stakes build competition that challenges students to think creatively, build rapidly, and communicate their ideas effectively.

What Makes CodeFest Different
Live Build Format
No take-home projects. Students receive the problem statement onsite and build their solutions live over two days. This tests real problem-solving under authentic conditions.
